Let us awaken new ideas, new frontiers in our mind's eye. We are glorious Beings of Love and Light and have the Divine gift to co-create with our Creator. In new ideas which stem from our intuition, harmony abounds. It is important to pay attention to our intuition and forgo the analytical mind. As we become more accustomed to feeling our feelings, and to listening to our within, we will begin to co-create harmoniously with our Divine Love, our Creator.

May we seek most importantly a relationship with the Divine. May we know that only by doing so can we truly be happy. May our toughest trials be brought into the Light of the Divine Love of our Creator, that we can go through our trials and come out with a deep sense of growth. We deserve to be in a true feeling relationship with our Divine Creator. Seek and you shall find. Knock and it shall be opened to you. Ask and it shall be given. So be it!

As we walk the fine line between what has been and what is about to be let us stay focused on Unity, Connection and Love. These are the days when life can get a bit bumpy. Things from the past seem to be pushing up from regions we have not realized still exist. Moments of presence may seem fleeting, as the past keeps trying to rear its ugly head.

Stay as focused as you can on things of beauty, those things in nature are especially enlightening. Stay focused on sending out Love to all we meet, even in the privacy of our own minds, we can send out Love with a thought. Walk by someone at the grocery store, work or on the street and simply remember to send out Love. For it is in the small moments, when we remember our connection and Love to all, that we begin to build a bridge which will help us cross the chasm of the past and what is yet to be.

Water, Lifeblood of Mother Earth!

As water flows as the lifeblood of Mother Earth, let us take time to give thanks to the water of our Mother. Water gives life to all the plants of the Earth, our bodies are made up of mostly water, as is the Earth. We wash with it, spash in it for fun, drink it to quench our thirst, it is so very important to our lives. Let us remember the importance of water in our lives. Let us cleanse our thoughts as well whenever we think of water. We could think of a cascading waterfall washing our minds and freeing us from thoughts of the past and worrisome thoughts of the future. Let us celebrate this moment more often. See the shadows the sunlight makes on our walls. Watch the leaves gently accepting the breath of the Creator, playing in the Creator's Love and Life-giving energy. Really see what is happening around you, there is always something beautiful to observe.

Oh bountiful, Loving Creator, cleanse our minds, our bodies and our spirits. Grant us the opportunity to cleanse our oceans, lakes and rivers which we have dirtied. Shine your Light upon our Hearts and Minds that we may know what next step to take in this bountiful new Unified Consciousness which is taking place. Let us be a part of the new world, the new Creation of your Love which is opening in the Hearts and Minds of the many. And let us always remember to persevere when times are tough and things don't seem like they are changing quickly enough. Let our phrase be during tough times, "It's only temporary, better things are on the way.".

Let us rejoice in the knowledge that all things in our world are Spiritual! All things in this Universe are connected by the spirit, the soul of Energy. We are living in one big energy field, where nothing really ends or begins. The field is our field and if we become aware of it we will realize that each thing we come into contact with is touching us, enmeshing with us. We are One with all things in the physical world, connected through an invisible web of Spirit! That which is of the Creator, for all is of the Creator, which is of Love and Light.

As you walk by a tree or the grass or another human being, realize your true invisible connection with these things. Feel the presence of the Creator in each of them, rejoice in the truth of our Oneness!

It's Only Temporary

When the storm rages take the time to seek the Creator's Love and Wisdom and Power and Strength. For during times of difficulty, the One Divine Love of all is always present, even if It seems not. Hold on and ask for faith, or for whatever it is you are seeking. Pay attention to all that is unfolding around you, see if you can find a spark of Love and maybe an answer to what you are seeking. There is always something happening, there is always the Being of Divine Love present, there is always something more to see, than you may be seeing presently. Always remember too that a storm is only temporary, tell yourself this often. Remind yourself that you are perfect, right now, in this moment. Feel the calm presence of God surrounding you, yes, even during stromy nights.

We are One, let us pray for one another, send out vibrations of Love to one another, and breathe the breath of God!

Let this day be the beginning of Heavenly Inspirations and Intuitions for us all. Let us make a conscious intention to ask what it is that the Creator would have us do...and listen for the answer! We are One with the Divine Creative Power of the Universe, and It knows all that is harmonious for our lives and for the whole. If we can begin to trust in Its Divine Knowledge and Wisdom and really Know that It is alive with all the Knowledge that ever was, is or will be, we can trust It!

Each day and each moment is an opportunity to listen to our feelings and to ask what it is the Divine would like us to contribute to the Whole. No matter how big or small our contribution seems, the contribution is equally important to the whole. Some talk about the Chaos theory where it is said that even the flap of a butterflies wing can cause a typhoon on the other side of the earth. In this spirit of Oneness we have the opportunity to Love more, laugh more, have more joy, share more and truly co-create a new Consciousness and a new world. We are One. As we gaze at the wondrous world all around us, remember that the Spiritual Essence of the Creator is in all and through all, encompassing all things. There is no place where this magnanamous Power is not. All things have the ability to improve, to evolve into something better, remember this. Can we change our hum drum thinking about all the 'things' which surround us and really Realize the profound Spirit which resides within them. Can we choose to see all beings as Spiritual Beings, unique and beautiful expressions of the One.

As we choose to intend better and best for our new world, Consciousness is changing, as we do this. We are helping the evolution of Consciousness along. It is evolving and it is our Divine responsibility to take responsibility with our own thoughts, words and actions. The time is now, to let go of the past. The time is now to forgive and forget grudges and mistreatments of the past. The time is now to create beauty, truth, freedom and joy in our minds, lives and world. Today is Earth Day, and let us remember our Beloved Mother today and every day. We are here to help co-create a new Consciousness and thereby doing so, a new Earth. Remember to make your Intentions for Mother Earth, clean water, clean earth, clean air, new ways of producing energy that do not contaminate and destroy our Lovely Mother Earth. She is our home, she is alive and has many secrets to reveal to us. We are her children and she has the abundance to care for all of us, let us care for her.

We are one with this Creative Energy, the Energy which creates all things. Here I Stand in the Cosmic Ocean of Love

In the midst of the Cosmic Ocean of Love, I stand. I am always in the midst of the Cosmic Ocean of Love, how can I forget so many times during the day that I am always surrounded by Divine Love? The seed of this knowledge is planted in our minds, in our Hearts, in our bodies. As we think about this Divine Love we send out vibrational waves of communication to the Creator, to the Universe, to all the Beings that are. This is the Cosmic Ocean of Love and we are inseparable from It.

Let us remember that we are always standing, being in this Cosmic Ocean of Love. This Divine Love which Loves us far more than we can even fathom. It Loves us so very much, and longs for us to think about It. In the midst of a river, an Ocean of Love, in the midst of a mountain, an Ocean of Love, in the midst of a tree, an Ocean of Love, in the midst of a blade of grass, an Ocean of Love, in the midst of our brothers and sisters, no matter who they be or what their appearance, an Ocean of Love. As we vasilate in the womb of the 6th night, where duality and Unity are moving in and out of our existence, let us try to do things which keep our vibration higher. Get out in nature, take a walk and feel the wondrous energy which is giving forth it's fruits of Love, pure Energy. Take from Mother Earth, the energy she always longs to give to you. As Little Grandmother, Shaman, Kiesha Crowther says, we do not need to take energy from other people, all the energy we need comes from Mother Earth. Each moment that we are successful at feeling and Being in a Unity state of Consciousness, is helping the Whole to come into the Unity Consciousness. Look to our abundant Mother Earth and see how she wishes to impart abudance upon us! Especially in the springtime we see the magnificent beauty and power of her manifestations of pure abundance. We are fhe children of our bountiful Mother Earth and she longs to take care of us, her children. She is lush with fruit and grains, beauty and flowers, and upon her bounty do all the animals of Earth and Sky feed. We are no different, except that we may have forgotten to Love and Respect Her. She deserves our attention and Love.

Let us now begin to utilize our knowledge and technology to take care of our Mother Earth. Let us now realize how she longs to take care of us more richly, if we can begin to take better care of Her. Let us now cultivate a relationship with our abundant Mother Earth, that we may reap the Harvest she so longs to give to us! We can be abundant, if we begin to change our thoughts about our Mother Earth, our actions will then change too.

As the time is now to Realize true companionship with our Creator, our Father and our Mother Earth, let us begin to do so, now! We have the opportunity of a lifetime! We are alive during one of the most exciting and important times...the shifting, the quickly changing and evolving Consciousness...and we are here to help that shifting and evolving along. The Creator is within us, and not just within us, but One with us, desiring our conscious attention and awareness to bring It's Will into being! Balancing in the Waves of Love

As we seek our to Know our Creator more, let us stay in balance with all things in our lives. For truly all things are of the Creator, are made by the Creator and embody the essence of our Creator. If we can remember that as we wake and see the morning sun rising into the beauty of the sky, and as the colors begin to emerge from their resting places, there is God! As we eat our morning meal and do our morning ritual, the food, grown in our Mother Earth's Love, our actions, life-force, that is God! As we move throughout our day, be it at work, school, play or at home with our children, God is there. Each and every moment is perfectly balanced with our conscious attention remembering that in all we are and all we do, there is God, our Beloved, our Creator, the One who Loves us, if we let It!

Begin to have faith that God is in all the things we do, and let worry fall into the eternal flame of Infinite Love. This flame burns eternal and will burn all worry into things that seem like miracles. The more I, myself have been letting go of worry, and Trusting that our Creator is taking care of me, the more things happen which prove this very thing! I am amazed at each little miracle as it happens! The trick seems to be that every time I start to go into the future, the place where worry originates, I try to reign back into the moment. The quickest way to get back into the moment for me seems to be to just say, "I Love you! I Trust you! You are my Beloved, keep my mind in your ways of Love and Beauty", or something similar. Then Bam! I am immediately back in this moment where all is well and I am taken care of. Right now, I am ok.

Today, let us remember that Heaven is within us. It is our inner world which is of the utmost importance, and gives rise to our outer world. We have the ability to dive deep within our own selves and seek, with reverence, the Divine Love of the Creator who abides within us. Our Creator is indeed everywhere, within and without, in every breath and in the air we breathe. We are like the fish who already being in the water are looking for a drink of water. We are enveloped by the Divine Love of the Universe, right now! It is only by consciously realizing this that we begin to experience it!

We can consciously fall deeply in Love with our Creator, with the Universe and with all that Is! Consciously go within, seek solice and deep inner Joy, by being in Love now with the Divine One! The more in Love we are with It, the more in Love it can consciously be with us! It is all about what we are Aware of. It is all about what we bring Consciously into our Heaven, that we can then begin to see that Heaven, manifest Itself in Earth. We are One. We are all connected to the Divine One and to each other. Consciously Know this, and see what happens!

As we begin to really realize that we are a part of not only our biological families, but also the human family, let us embrace this thought and concept with a deep and abiding Love. You see anything that you do, with conscious intention and with feelings of Love, has a dynamic Power to manifest that intention into reality. We are co-creators with the Supreme Divine Creator of the Universe, and when we consciously intend anything with Divine Love, it tends to take shape in Consciousness. Not just our conscious awareness, but Consciousness Itself, which is the Heart and Mind of God!

Let us begin to consciously intend loving thoughts and feelings in our own minds, so that these loving thoughts and feelings will begin to take shape in Consciousness. For when they take shape in the Heart and Mind of God, they will indeed begin to take shape in our world. We have the ability to help Consciousness along in Knowing Its Oneness, in Knowing we are all consciously One. We are One. We are Connected. Come join us in helping It along!

We are born creators! Everything we do is creative in nature, if you think about it! Let us take the time to recognize our creative talents and do something with them. Being creative is stress relieving and uses our intutive energy. This practice of using our intuitive energy in creative endeavors will open the door to new and bigger endeavors, as we step into our new co-creative roles in the world. Our Earth is going to need as many creative people as there are needs. Each and everyone of us, in other words! You see we are all connected as One in this Universe and on our homeland, Planet Earth.

As we grow to use our intuitive energies, more and new ideas come to us. We become active thinkers, and begin to think through the intuitive, right side of our brain! This is the side of our brain which is more in tune with Our Creator, and It's will for our Harmony. We are One. In this oneness let us remember to help others along the way. We are unique in our many gifts, and what one lacks, another fills. We are drawn to opposing energies so that we can complement one another. We walk in a harmonious gathering of Love. Love's way is always perfect, harmonious and defined. Let us remember to flow with the energies that are running through our lives, no matter if they be difficult or free and easy. You can still tell when you are flowing in the energies by how you feel. If you feel like a torrent is brewing and you are fighting the rapids, you are not going inside the flow of Life. Free yourself and choose to look at life differently. See that maybe what is happening has a purpose for what is yet to be. We do not know what the current state of affairs may be, in importance to the future state of affairs, so try to go with it, calmly, with Trust and Faith that everything is going to work out for the Highest Good!

Do what we must do, but pay attention to the team players! There may be solutions or connections we are supposed to make, if we but open our eyes and look around and feel our way through the present moment.

Practice the Powerful Emotion of Love!

Let us remember that when we are confronted with the emotion of fear that we should not embrace this fear, but we should surround the fear with Love. If we let fear have it's way with us it can become a force in our lives which feels quite powerful. But if we remember to choose not to grab onto fear, we can then choose Love. Love is the most Powerful of all vibrations. Love will conquer all fear, no matter how that fear started. Fear is the emotion that can take hold of us and ruin our faith and peace in the One who knows best for us. Love is the all-encompassing Power of the Supreme Divine Creator, and if we put our faith in this Love, we shall overcome and conquer fear.

Let this day be the beginning of the practice of using the most powerful emotion of Love as our primary emotion and solution to all which ails us. Let us realize that this is no stand-alone emotion, but it is one that is the emotion and powerful force behind all that is of our Creator, of all that is Harmonious for us, of all that is Goodness and that resides in the invisible realm of Unity, where Love always overcomes fear.

Project Storm is Beginning Now!

Let us join together this day and begin something new. Let us think about our human family which lives, exists and breathes all over our beautiful Mother Earth. We are One and our abundance of Love is Infinite! We have the wherewithall to start pouring forth our Love and our thoughts out to the world in a whirlwind of giving. Let us truly know that we can come to a state of completion, where all beings are consciously aware of their power to pour forth Love into Consciousness.

There is a group of young people who are doing just that! Today is the inception of an act to pour forth thoughts of Goodness and Love out to the world in Harmonious celebration. At sunset people all around the world will be reading messages of hope, Love and Goodness, ever reaching the depth of Consciousness and changing it now! I am choosing to join in this endeavor. If you'd like to take a look at some of what's going on with this group which is a facebook group who call themselves Project Storm 2010 and The Global Tribe (TGT). Consciously Connect to Our Oneness!

As we connect through our own conscious minds with all that is we realize how very many ways in which we can think about our connectivity. Through nature and her beauty we connect spiritually with joy and our senses, which in turn enables us to connect to our spiritual essence. As we connect with our brothers and sisters of Mother Earth we feel our Love for each and every one of them, no matter their egos and unique expressions in the world. As we connect to our pets or the squirrels, birds and other wildlife animals of our environment we feel the joy of their place in our lives and the circle of life. There are countless other ways in which we can consciously connect to our Divine Connectedness. It is a decision to consciously realize our beautiful Loving Connection.

I encourage us all to many times throughout our day, connect with something of our Planet Earth, whatever it may be. The beauty of the sunset, the smile on a passerby, the laughter of children playing, the perfect formation in which the birds of the air fly together, the splash of sun kissing our beautiful faces, the breath of our Creator in the air which keeps us alive! We are One! May we grow in number, those who purposefully, consciously realize our Oneness, for in doing so we add to Consciousness. And as we add this powerful life-giving essence to Consciousness, we change Consciousness, and others who were not yet aware of our Oneness and Connectedness begin to be Aware! Add Life-giving conscious thoughts of Oneness to the Earth and watch how much more quickly we co-create a new Consciousness, and a new world!

It is time to resolve to choose to truly consciously embrace the Creator with Love. We are here to commune with and communicate with our Divine Creator! It is a beautiful, Joyous, wondrous experience! It is vital and energetic and fantastic, it's no hum drum boring experience. When we are in harmony with our Creator our Intuition spikes, things just happen, life gets more interesting, people feel more alive and loving to be around.

Smile at the wonder that is out with the old, 'no relationship action', to in with the new of, 'big relationship action'! Our Creator wants and delights in our Love of our relationship with It! The Beloved of all that is Good and embracing and Freeing, this is our birth right! This is our Loving Beloved, who wants to Love us, who wants to take ten steps toward us when we take but one tiny step toward It! Life is about our relationship with our Creator, our communion and communication with God!

Let us resolve to step toward God, no matter what name you use for God, know though that the Creator is Real and Alive and Communicative and very, very Conscious! Consciousness Itself is of the Mind and Heart and Soul of the Creator and It's striving to become more and more Conscious through our Conscious action of Consciously communing and communicating with It! Life is Abundantly rich with Consciousness, it is only then that we can truly become co-creators with God, and this is what this moment is all about!

The Wonder of Mother Nature

In this day the sunshine swept breeze illuminatied my Heart and just made me stop to enjoy it's glory. Sometimes the best way to be in the moment is just to enjoy the beauty and wonder of Mother Nature herself. We have been blessed with a bountiful, protrouding, abundant Mother (Earth) in which all are taken care of if we but allow her to do so. We are so busy with our small selfs that we feel we have to do, do, do. We forget that if we listen to our Divine Intuition of our Creator, working within the Forces of Nature that the harmonious flow of ease and comfort will just open up to us, freely.

I celebrate the moments when I remember to listen to the wind, to feel the warmth of the sunlight caressing my body with Love, and to hear my intuition speaking loud and clear. In those moments I am in the flow of the Divine Harmonious One. I am the flow. I am consciously connected, and that makes all the difference in the world!

Full Moon Ceremony!

Many people from all around the world celebrate the full moon in many different traditions. In India they celebrate with a Puga, which celebrates the Goddess (manifest) in bringing a flower to the alter of the Goddess and make a wish. It is said that the Goddess must grant your wish! Another group of which I have just become familiar with is also celebrating the Full Moon using a Full Moon Visualization/Affirmation. The name of this group is Children of the Sun. You may find here: The Full Moon Visualization/ Affirmation. I intend to join these and all the other Full Moon groups this evening with some friends. May I suggest you do the same, or even if you are alone to meditate upon your Divine Intentions for our Path to a New Consciousness. Embrace Unity!

Each new day is a day for us to breathe the breath of Life into our lungs, our Hearts and our bodies. Each new day is the chance to practice a conscious Awareness of Unity. A moment to remember we are One, means that whatever thought or act we think or do to another, we are doing to ourselves. The time is now! Now is the time to take moments to remember we are connected. We are One with the Creator, the Creator is within each and every one of us and we each are within the Creator. There is no way to separate ourselves from the Creator, except in thought. If we think we are separate from the One, then we shall feel separate from the One, and we will act separate from the One.

However, if we train our focus on our Oneness with our Divine Creator who Loves, Adores, Protects and embraces us with all that is good for our Growth and Harmonious flow with the Universe of Oneness, then we shall think thoughts of Connection, we shall feel Connected and our actions will reflect our Connection to all that is and all that we encounter! Let us remember this moment, connection. Let us make our constant intention, connection. Let us embrace the Unity Consciousness, moment by moment, and step by step if need be. Small steps lead to big journeys, and we are embarking on one of the biggest journey's mankind has yet to have experienced! Dance! Sing! Celebrate! We are One!

The Doer Will Appear

As we connect with others within our very own minds, our intent to connect will in fact create a true solid connection with all that we intend to connect with. We are Conscious Beings of Light, we are capable of bringing conscious awareness to all that we think, intend and do. To be conscious the majority of the time, that is, conscious that we are conscious, is what living life intentionally and unified really means.

All across the globe of our beautiful Mother Earth our brothers and sisters are awakening to the connection and Unity which Is. We are coming to a point where we just cannot deny that whatever we do, does in fact affect others, which affects others, which affects others, and so on. What we think influences what we do and what we think and do really does affect Consciousness and our other 'selves'. Be Aware of Love, Unity, Peace, Joy, Laughter, Sharing, Caring, Compassion, Affection. Think on these things as often as possible, think on the Love of our Beloved, our Creator. These are the thoughts which will take hold of our lives and transform us and what we do. As some would say, 'The Doer will appear'.

Dance in the joy and majesty of the joy of knowing we are changing, foraging ahead, intending Love for ourselves and our 'selves'. Open your Heart to the One who's Love can carry you through the dark of night and bring you joyfully into the dawn of a new era and the Light of Day!

I sing for our Joyous newness, this moment, as something within us has changed just because this was written, and because it has been read! We are One!

Be an Active Participant in Your Vibrational Frequency!

In the midst of all that is going on in the world, it is important to remember the Peace which is always at our disposal in our Inner Realm. We are multi-dimensional beings made of mind, body, spirit, feeling, emotion. We are also highly influenced by the frequencies of others in our lives and those we encounter on a daily basis. This is why it is important to go within and think and feel the intentions of the frequencies you wish to add to the world. Then you are not just an unconscious recipient of other peoples vibratory fluxes, but you become a Conscious co-creator and experiencer of those frequencies which you wish to enjoy and to give out to other of our 'selves'.

Love is always a great vibratory frequency to hold. Hold thoughts of Love for our Beloved, our Creator. Hold thoughts of beauty and joy and gratitude for our Mother Earth, so abundantly giving and comforting and alive! Each moment that is consciously used for positive, powerful frequencies, are moments which change 'The Consciousness" and your very own Awareness of what you are co-creating through and with the Divine One who has created all that is.

In the middle of the wonder of it all lies Truth. Truth is the purity born of Love, born in the Human Heart, for if there were no human Consciousness, who then would speak about Love? Who then would write about Love? Who then would take actions born of joyous, warm, comforting Love. It's like the smell of chocolate chip cookies baking in the oven, I mean all I can think of when I smell that is Love, home and hearth.

It is our Awareness of Being which sparks all that happens and is happening all around us. We are alive, and because of this Life force within us, we experience what we are experiencing. Savour the grandness of Life and know that it can only be born of Love. For the more that we surrender to and consciously think about Love, the more our actions will truly reflect Truth, which is born of Divine Love!

Awaken to the beauty that you are. Now is the time to focus on the grander things of this Divine Loving Life!
We are all connected through this thing we call Consciousness, we are One, we cannot be undone or separated from this One Love....Life Itself. Let us celebrate this wonder!

The Train Carries All Loads

Let us remember to surrender to what is, to surrender our problems, those things which bring to us stress, surrender them all to God. Let our Creator take care of the details. In doing so we open ourselves up to intuitive knowings, expansive ideas, amazing surprising happenings. Abundance, Love, Joy and Happiness begin to abound when we surrender to the Divine Creator, all those things we thought our small self had to reason-out, figure-out and stress-out over. Let it go!

A story Sri Ramana Maharshi told was to think of the Lord as a train, we are passengers on that train and with us we have our heavy baggage. Now sitting on this train we put our heavy baggage in our laps or on our heads, we are very uncomfortable hanging onto our belongings. What we must do is put the heavy baggage down on the floor, because it is the train which carries the load. Why carry a load which is not ours to carry?

I have always loved this great visualization showing how silly it is to keep all of our problems to ourselves, when it is the Creator who carries all loads, takes care of all things good and not so good. Surrender everything to this magnificent Love, surrender to the One who knows all, Is all, Loves all! See what is in store for you when you do this! Life will change for you, just keep remembering, surrender, surrender, surrender!

The Prophesy

For today's blog I will share a poem I wrote on October 19, 1986 (12 Ahau). It has been copyrighted in 2007. I share this poem today as it is 13 Men, the completion of all things (tone 13) and Men which means Eagle which is the intermediary between Heaven and Earth and is considered to be the messenger who brought hope and faith on the wings of Spirit. (according to the Daily Tzolk'in/The Mayan Calendar Portal which you can access here: http://mayaportal.lucita.net/tzolkin.

As I looked beyond the deep

My mind was running wild;

Then my soul began to weep,

For I saw a wounded Child.

I knew exactly who it was;

For it was human kind.

I longed to fill her empty cause,

To reach her inner Mind.

But when I smiled, she turned away,

Disgust shown on her face.

It scared me so, her lonely way,

So full of such disgrace.

Along then came an Eagle;

Who spoke such soothing words.

His Soul was strong and regal,

More so than other birds.

I wondered then whose Spirit dwelled

Inside this feathered friend;

And what it was He held,

And to what He must attend.

So I asked him in a soft, low voice

For what reason had He come.

He said because I made a choice,

And therefore I the one,

That he would show The Vision to

Of a race that's in distress;

And how one day so very soon

My soul would come to rest.

And I beheld the Dream He gave,

In awe of things to come;

And found alone I could not save

The Human Race as one.

The Wisdom that It brought

Had overwhelmed my Heart;

And the answers I had sought

Were revealed right from the start.

And the Being of such Divine Grace

Said He had had to leave.

He left with me a gentle trace

Of Love, in my Heart a planted seed.

I knew I felt it growing;

And I hoped it'd never stop.

I just had to do some sowing

For a very special crop.

And that is when it hit me,

That I have a purpose here;

It's to share the Love inside of me,

And to ever, always care.

This poem took me literally the amount of time to write the words on the paper. It came from deep within me, without thought. It has always made me wonder...and now I believe I know what the poem refers to, a new Consciousness and a new World. I aptly titled the poem, "The Prophesy"! I hope it brings you more hope and courage to engage in the art of Love; that the Light within you will see the Light within all beings.

Cultivate This Most Important Relationship

We are here to develop and seek communion and communication with our Divine Loving Creator. Let us take a conscious step in seeking to know our Creator more. As we dive into our very own selves we shall find the abode of our Creator, here and now. We have never been separate from this Divine awe-inspiring Essence, only has It been veiled by our lost sense of perception and accidentally forgetting to seek a relationship with our Creator. The veil which obscures this Divine Beauty is really not so thick or impeneratable, just lack of our own conscious awareness of our Oneness with It.

Take a few moments each day to speak to the Divine One who knows the past, present and future, who knows what is best for us, and who so earnestly is awaiting for us to ask for this Immense Divine Guidance. It has been said that if we take one step toward God, God takes 10 steps towards us! Seek and ask for communion, conscious connection and communication with God, and your prayers will be answered.

Now is the time to cultivate this most important relationship, for this will ensure that we flow with the river of our lives instead of fighting the rapids and whirlpools by trying to swim up-river instead of going with it's Divine and wondrous flow!

Letting go of the edge of the river, I seek to be carried in the flow by our Divine Love, our all-giving, Loving Creator!

The Ever-Growing Invisible Web of Love

Together, if each one of us makes the effort to change their own perception of the world around them, will indeed also change Consciousness itself . Consciousness is the sum total of all that is Conscious, and this includes most importantly the Consciouness of the Creator. So think of it as a giant prayer, we are conscious, when we become aware of Consciousness we add more with intent to Consciousness. So that in Truth each time we include others as part of the One, we add that feeling and conscious intent to Consciousness itself.

The more of us who join in Unity, with like-minded Loving, giving, acceptance thoughts and actions, the quicker and more powerfully Consciousness changes. We are really building an invisible web of goodness, Love, purity, unity and Oneness together! All around the world people are joining this web of Love, I see it growing through the internet, so then too, outside of the internet, within our very own minds!

In the ever growing, ever vastness of eternity I am, we are, we exist right now. Let us take hold of the beauty of our Consciousness and realize that we can feel and think about a deep, vast Love, Loving us. It is our Beloved, our Father, our Creator, that which knows all that is good and perfect for us. In consciously building a bridge, cultivating a love affair with our Creator, we will begin to see actual proof of our Creator's Love for us. Is it a formation of birds flying above which takes our breath away, or perhaps the smile on a baby's face, is it the love of a mother and father of their child? There are so many abounding proofs of our Divine Creator's presence in our lives, if we but look.

Cultivate a true Love affair with our Beloved and not only will our outer world take on a new meaning, but our inner world will feel so very precious, beautiful and abundant.

In the joyous day of beautiful sunshine I felt the newness of Spring coming our way. The birds are out in full force, the geese have returned, and I even saw a bumble bee looking for sweet nectar! We are the seeds of this newness, this life-giving abundance coming in the form of new thoughts, new ideas, new ways of being, a new Consciousness.

I have been blessed with the most supremely giving, loving, amazing friends. And it has been through some tough times and tribulations where their individual beauty has shone through, so bright and beautiful that I find myself loving them even more than I thought possible.

We are a human family. We are here to gift to one another whatever we feel led to do, in the moments when another needs assistance. We are all One, and in giving to others, we are truly giving to ourself. When we are the one who needs the assistance, and we allow others to assist us, we also give to them the opportunity to give. So it is that in receiving we are also giving and that in giving, we are receiving.

What joy for me to be amazed by the abounding generosity and Love which is flowing toward me, filling me, and thereby giving me the abundance to pour forth to someone else that which has been filled to overflowing.

Seeking Solice in the Sunshine

Today although laughter escapes me, I find myself seeking earnestly the Love of the Universe to enter and embrace me with all of its glorious Power. May we all in times of sadness or just not feeling up to our usual selves, pray earnestly for Love. Love is healing tonic. Love is in the air we breathe, it is our breath. Love is free and within and about us, always present, even if veiled for a moment of time. I seek Love this day to fill me now, to fill all those who are suffering in whatever ways. It is on days like these when my compassion for others who are less fortunate really peaks. It is on days like these when I know I have so very much to be grateful for, even in the shrouded clouds of sadness.

My Heart is beginning to open up to more Love in its temporary broken-hearted state. I am beginning to feel the promise of a better day. The sun is shining and all I can do is seek its Light and Love, its Being giving us its life-giving essence and warmth. I shall write in my gratitude journal today, and one thing I am grateful for is you...anyone reading this, I thank you for connecting with me in this moment.

Think: World Community!

We are all part of the world community. If we put our attention on sending out vibrations of Love to our community members, we will indeed consciously be creating this energy which will add to the flow and vibration of Consciousness Itself! The more of us who begin to do this on a daily basis and maybe even many moments throughout our day, the more powerfully and quickly Consciousness will become more tuned into this frequency. This frequency will in turn change all in some way, even if at a very deep level, of which the recipient may not be completely aware of yet!

It is of importance to note, that although I am writing this concept, that indeed the originator of this concept is in fact the Consciousness which is being considered for change. So then, who or What indeed is actually changing Consciousness, it must in fact Be Consciousness Itself. For it is Consciousness Itself which originates all things, and therefore in my lowly, humble opinion there can be no question of which comes first, Consciousness or Manifestation. Surely it is Consciousness, which is "The Word" referred to in the Bible, and is also known as the Creator, and/or the Creative Power of the Universe, the It of all things, God, the I Am, etc.etc...

May we lift up our Hearts and Minds to such lofty ambitions, such Loving desires, more often than not. To simply think in terms of Love for the Whole makes our individual vibrational frequencies much more beautiful and Powerful, thereby actually lifting the Whole vibrationally, one person at a time, and/or all at once! Think great big beautiful thoughts and see if your life begins to change!

We are unique expressions of the One, for a Divine reason, to add to one anothers' creative dance of life. Without one another, there is no dance, only emptiness, void.

One Heart, One Love, One Human Family

May we begin this day and trecena with Love! Let us dive into our Infinite Hearts and realize that we can embrace the entire Earth and all of Her inhabitants within our Heart. For truly, although our thoughts reduce our Heart to that of a personal Heart, it is actually the Infinite One Heart. This is the reason why Love can never be used up or wasted, because True Love is Infinite also and eminates from the One Heart, and flows in each and every person and thing in the Universe, whether we are conscious of It or not. To make this Love a conscious enitity in our lives and Hearts, takes only that, our conscious attention.

Take this day to consciously realize all embracing and encompassing Love which flows in, to, and through us and is all around us every moment. Whenever we breath, we are breathing in this Love, if we but become conscious of such! Open your expression of Love into and from the world. Make Love a conscious entity with your mind. Hold thoughts of goodness, Love and Peace for Mother Earth and our Human Family, for this will add consciously to Consciousness and the Earth and to our brothers and sisters. Fill up your human lungs with Love. Fill up your spiritual Heart with Love. Emanate Love into every word and breath you breathe out into the world. In This Flow of Life!

Let us realize this day how very much is given back to us considering that which we extend outward. In other words, giving very little of ourselves still yeilds an abundance of abundance! May we put forth that extra effort, realizing that it will only bring to us more joy, more Love, more beauty and more Life! We are connected to One system, One Beingness, we are all connected, we indeed are One. The more we pour outward into It (the oneness), the more that returns; and the outpouring truly feels so good!

I sing now in this flow of life, this goodness of Love, this is my path, my journey. Whatever I feel and do now and in each moment is my True Spiritual Path. I long to give more and more Love to the Whole each day, to stay in the harmonious flow of Life and to give more to each moment! Life is good. Life is rich with wonder and mystery. What is Life? Life is each moment, lived to its greatest fullness and best expectation. Dance in the Joy, sing full of feeling, elation comes with each breath we consciously add to Life.

We are Divine Co-creators of magic, Love, Peace, joy, Freedom...the list is endless possibilities. May we make that extra effort to give forth feelings of Love, Trust and Goodness, yes, even when with a stranger, and especially with those whom we share our lives with! Life is grande!

Know That You Are Taken Care Of!

Let us step into this day with feelings that all is well, all is being taken care of, the best is heeding its call upon us. We deserve to relax and know that we are taken care of, and that when we relax into this Truth, that this is what begins to happen in our life. Try it, like a science experiment for a couple of days and see if things in your life begin to change!

I have a gratitude journal which I write in every day, this is one thing which I know helps to change my attitude and perspective on my world. I have also begun to feel the presence of the Divine Power of Creation within me every moment, in every cell, atom, the basis of my very existence! Within these parameters I have truly begun to Trust in Life, in goodness becoming present in my life and I seem to expect that more good things are here and are coming to me, than before! Something big is changing in my life's experience, from a few small changes which I have made. Life flows more smoothly, Joy dances more abundantly within, I am Alive!!! I invite you to embrace this perspective and watch as your life changes also!

Resting in the Peaceful, Joyous, Loving Moment!

As I looked up at the sky tonight, with the snow falling so beautifully, so rapidly, I found myself feeling like a child. It was the moment of joy, peace and Love all at once, and all I wanted to do was go play in the snow, as nothing else felt like it mattered. And that is exactly how it was to be a child. In the moment, ready to dive into whatever was happening in that very moment, with no concern as to what was going to happen later or tommorrow, or what had happened yesterday.

This is the moment of my practice, resting in the peaceful, joyous, loving moment, how it embraces us, and enfolds us in its comfort. This now moment find your peace, the joy in the center of your belly and then feel the Love radiating out of it!! I send out prayers to all the world that all of you may find your joy, that I may add more moments to mine, and that we shall all live in Harmony with nature and each other!

We are brothers and sisters, co-creators of our world. Let us come to realize the Truth about Consciousness, and spend our thoughts wisely! Instead of replaying what went wrong yesterday, last week or ten minutes ago, let us focus on Love, on goodness on what we have to be thankful for. Instead of worrying about what might happen tommorrow, next week, or in an hour, let us feel the feelings that things will work out, and focus on the present moment!

Earthly Spirits

May we find our roots planted firmly in our Earthly plane and our aspirations and intentions expanding out to the Heavenly one. We are spiritual earth beings, with both aspects shining with equal importance and strength. May our love for Mother Earth grow strong that we may harvest a Love for Earth and trees and grass and animals and our brothers and sisters that is unsurpassed. May we also dive deep within, upward and onward to heights of majestic Knowledge and Understanding of our Heart and Mind, out of which grows the origin of Love that we have for all things, be they spiritual or earthly.

With each step or moment in which we deepen and expand our Love of those things Earthly and/or Platonic, may we realize that each tiny step is equally important. For there will be moments of great awe in Wisdom gained and Love felt, but there will also be tiny moments in which the tiniest of things should be realized as being just as great and amazing as the awe inspiring ones!

Sowing the Seeds of Love

May we begin to sow the seeds of Love. Let us sow them in every ordinary thing that we do. May we sow Love into the smiles which we smile to family, friends and strangers. May we sow Love into the meal we are making. May we sow Love into the bath water we draw for our children. May we sow Love into the movement of putting our groceries away.

Sowing the seeds of Love can be done anywhere, at any time, and with any one. For sowing the seeds of Love is an inner action which takes place in our minds, our thoughts, our Hearts. When we feel that we are sowing the seeds of Love, no matter how trivial the action seems to be, we are!

Let us be sure that when we do sow the seeds of Love, that they are germinating and growing, as sure as the sun will rise and set. Once the seeds are sown we can "let go", and let the Creative Power of all that is bring them to fruition!

Consciousness and Love

May we bring into our thoughts, minds and Hearts, Love. May Love's essence permeate all that we do in each and every day, that all of our actions and reactions begin to become based on and come from Love. In this way, the more that the many bring Love's essence into the world, the more we build Love at the same time into existent Consciousness. The more we make Love our conscious intention, the more our ideas and Ideals will express Love in our world.

May the ultimate of incubation be that of Love, Infinite, glorious, bountiful Love. When we focus on Love more and more each day, we begin to entangle ourselves with others who are focusing on Love. It is truly then that we begin to consciously connect with the minds of others, and co-create a new world where Love is the central theme, and actions speak volumes of Love! We connect with those we may or may never meet, and come into synchronistic harmony with the Whole. Yes, all simply beginning with thoughts and feelings of Love!

Breathe in the breath of Life. Breathe in the breath of Love. Feel the infinite flow of goodness, freedom and abundance constantly surrounding you powerfully. In the invisible realm these things truly are here, always. It is only a matter of putting our attention on their existence that they begin to appear in our lives!

We can begin slowly to practice breathing in Love. Just try it, feel it, there is power in consciously breathing in Love. As we embrace our oneness with Love by breathing it in, we embrace our oneness with Life. As we embrace our oneness with Life, we can then truly embrace our oneness with all beings of the Universe, with our Mother Earth, Father Sky, and brothers and sisters whom we share this magnificent planet Earth with!

We are all here for very specific, beautiful reasons. Take the time to ask the Invisible Divine Being, "why am I here?", and then let it go. Pay attention for the next few days and weeks, see if you don't just get an answer! It is all about experimentation. Just try something new, as an experiment. You may be so pleasantly suprised that you begin to ask more things of the Divine! You may begin to have gratitude on a more regular basis. You just may begin to see miracles appear in your everyday life!

It brings me great Joy to write these words. It brings me great Joy to connect with those who read these posts. It brings me great Joy to know, that maybe, just maybe others are beginning to experience something new because they have taken suggestions I have written about! Dynamic Dance

In each dynamic moment there is a completeness, in that, that particular moment has finished, and there will never be another moment exactly like it ever again. If we take this concept into consideration, we may begin to really get a sense of the importance of each of the moments of our lives. We are each, in the same way, unique and complete individuals in each dynamic moment. How grand a thought to realize how amazingly important each one of us is. It matters not our station in life, nor how important others believe us to be, but just that we 'Be'!

As each minute increment unfolds, each tiny space opens, each breath is breathed, glorious dynamism is happening. Begin to feel this Powerful Truth, and see if it does not then begin to move you to do more dynamic things...to take larger actions and bigger chances! We are alive! May we truly Live!

The Miracle of Gratitude

As we enter into newer and faster vibrations, it is important to remember to give thanks. Let us be grateful for all the wondrous moments of this day...create a gratitude journal, and write in it each night each of the miracles that happened during our day. A miracle can be extraordinarily small, or large, or anywhere in between. Every time we recongnise beauty, synchronicity, love, joy, ease, happiness, laughter, smiles, abundance or any other glorious happening, that is a miracle!

As we pay attention to all that brings us joy during our day, we open the natural cycles of our Universe and our Mother Earth to give us more of the bounty we so desire. Gratitude journaling is an astounding way to open up the invisible doors to more beautiful co-creation, which in turn adds more joy and gratitude and Abundance to Consciousness Itself!

Become Conscious of Consciousness!

Let us remember to keep our eyes, Hearts and minds on the wisdom of the Ancients, and on completion. No matter how difficult things may seem at any given moment, they are on their way to completion and working out. When you begin to fret and worry and feel troubled about something that you are anticipating or something that you regret about the past, STOP. In the moment that you STOP, ask yourself, "Is everything ok in this moment?". You will usually find that absolutely nothing is wrong with the present moment! This is our gift, our birthright, for the majority are coming to realize the true importance of the present moment, and the unimportance of the past and what has not yet happened. It is also the period in time when it is becoming more and more apparent that we are truly co-creators and that co-creating happens through and with Consciousness.

Let us realize that whatever we are giving Conscious attention to, we are 'giving' to the Whole, humanity, and Consciousness itself. The more conscious we become of Consciousness, the more Power we are wielding in giving Love, Joy, Beauty, and Creativity to the Whole and the Creation of our New World.

This is a wonderful day to think about the beauty and abundance of Mother Earth in all of her grandeur and abundance. We live in a world that is so incredibly beautiful, but town and city dwelling has changed our perception of the glorious beauty that truly exits on Planet Earth.

Let us take some time to get into the beauty and truth of nature, and her goodness and strength. Take a ride to the country, the forest, the woods, the beach, the mountains, or anywhere where nature exists unspoiled and magnificent. Let us always remember the true beauty which exists on our Mother, our Mother who is trying to speak to us all. We are all connected to Mother Earth and cannot exist without her, or each other. Divine is the day when we all realize and act from that place of True Love and Connection, which is what we all are. We are One!

Here we are, and no matter where you or I live, we are part of a community. We are living in this dance called life, full of others whom we have been blessed to share our lives with. Can we look beyond the petty anoyances to see the beauties in our relationships? Can we see the joy of having others to share our lives with?

The smallest of moments are the most profound! The simplest of situations are the most Divinely sent! We are part of One. We are truly connected one to another. We shine brightest when there are more than one, joined in laughter, song or dance, or anything for that matter! Let us rejoice that in our Oneness are many! In our Connectedness are the unique strands which account for the variation and beauty of life! It is harmony which blends us and feeds our Glorious Souls and fills our Hearts with Love!

Compassion and Understanding for others and self.

The magic of this moment is in the Realization that we have the opportunity to consciously give Love to each moment we are experiencing. Now this may sound an awe-inspiring act to say yes to, but I have found it to be not as easy as it sounds beautiful! But as I am realizing it is best to take everything in stride, and everything as a moment to practice something new, that's just what I do, practice. So...when I feel hurt or angry, I try to put myself in the shoes of understanding and compassion for the one who may be upsetting me. That is not to say I don't hold my boundries, just that I can in the next moment send out waves of Love to the other. I have come to realize it is just as important to hold that compassion and understanding for myself as well!

In my own understanding of new concepts such as these, I have adopted a new version of the St. Francis prayer, and that is to understand the other as well as to be understood. In the original version it is only worthy to understand, and not to want to be understood as well. But for me, in these new moments of ever changing creation, I choose to understand and be understood, to come into a new frame of consciousness, in which we are all worthy of clear and concise communication, one with another! Equality and Justice for all, yes even our very own selves!

Let's herald in the new world together in Peace, Love, Joy and complete understanding of one another!

Take this moment to realize we are here to help one another. We are here to take one another's hands, to hold, to Love, to carry, if need be, in any given moment. Let us take time to look into the eyes of another and to really listen, to truly 'see' one another! These are the days leading up to Freedom, let us practice really 'seeing' one another, feeling one another, and showing one another we truly care. We are all One, truly connected, and what each one of us does is truly affecting the others. May we all remember this Truth, more and more each moment of each day, so that it becomes a glorious habit to treat others with Divine Love.

We have the opportunity to help each other awaken to what truly Is and what we are here to help co-create!
