Small Moments

As we walk the fine line between what has been and what is about to be let us stay focused on Unity, Connection and Love. These are the days when life can get a bit bumpy. Things from the past seem to be pushing up from regions we have not realized still exist. Moments of presence may seem fleeting, as the past keeps trying to rear its ugly head.

Stay as focused as you can on things of beauty, those things in nature are especially enlightening. Stay focused on sending out Love to all we meet, even in the privacy of our own minds, we can send out Love with a thought. Walk by someone at the grocery store, work or on the street and simply remember to send out Love. For it is in the small moments, when we remember our connection and Love to all, that we begin to build a bridge which will help us cross the chasm of the past and what is yet to be.
